Privacy Policy
FOREVITA hasn’t launched yet. Our full Privacy Policy is being finalized and will be posted here before we open. Until then, this page describes what applies to the website today.
What we collect today
- First-access sign-ups. If you join the first-access list, we collect your email address, your state, the plan you were looking at (if any) and the time you agreed to hear from us.
- Creator and partner applications. If you apply on our Partner with us page, we collect your name, email, main platform, handle or link, audience size, anything you add in the note, and the time you agreed to be contacted.
- Questions you ask. If you use “Ask a fertility question”, the text you type is sent to our AI provider to write the answer. We don’t ask for your name or email to use it, and we don’t link your questions to your sign-up. We keep questions without your identity so our clinicians can review the quality and safety of answers.
- Basic technical data. Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated requests and prevent abuse. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs.
How we use it
To email you when FOREVITA opens in your state and about first access, to answer your questions, to review partnership applications and get in touch about them, and to keep the site secure. We don’t sell your information.
Who helps us
We use service providers to host the website and store sign-ups and applications, and an AI provider to answer questions. They process information on our behalf.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email hello@forevita.ai.
