FOREVITA hasn’t launched yet. Our full Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice is being finalized and will be posted here before we open. Until then, this page describes what applies to the website today.

What health information we may receive

Before launch, the only health-related information we may receive is what you choose to type into “Ask a fertility question”. Please don’t include your name or other details that identify you.

How we use it

To write the answer you asked for, and, without your identity, so our clinicians can review the quality and safety of answers. We don’t link your questions to your email or sign-up, and we don’t sell consumer health data.

Who we share it with

Our AI provider, which processes your question to write the answer, and our hosting provider, which stores the website and its logs. Both act on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask us what consumer health data we hold, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent by emailing hello@forevita.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s law, and our full notice will describe them.
