Yes. Essentials and Concierge are HSA/FSA eligible, so you can pay with your HSA or FSA card at checkout.
Quarterly plans renew each quarter. Cancel anytime: serve out the quarter or get a pro-rata refund for unused months. Terms for annual plans are coming soon.
Essentials gives you a quarterly snapshot of your fertility vitals with a lifestyle care plan. Concierge adds the Complete Fertility Vitals, monthly Check-ins, your Fertility Score™ and a clinician-signed care plan, with prescriptions when clinically indicated. If you’re trying to conceive or preparing for egg freezing or IVF, Concierge is usually the better fit.
Egg freezing starts at $149/month for one cycle or $249/month for two, each over 60 months. It includes three months of Concierge testing and care before each cycle, and the cycle itself at a partner clinic. Full financing details are coming soon.
